CertainTeed Landmark & Carlisle SynTec TPO

Three Stone Roofing successfully completed a comprehensive 23,000-square-foot roof replacement for a Nashville church, delivering a complete roofing solution across both steep-slope and low-slope roof sections. The project included the installation of approximately 20,000 square feet of CertainTeed Landmark® Class 3 Impact-Resistant architectural shingles, backed by a 130 MPH wind warranty, along with 3,000 square feet of a 60-mil fully adhered Carlisle SynTec® TPO roofing system on the building’s low-slope areas.

One of the most significant challenges of this project was the schedule. Construction began the week before Christmas, with the church preparing to host one of its largest services of the year on Christmas Eve. Understanding the importance of maintaining uninterrupted operations, Three Stone developed a detailed execution plan well before the project began, carefully coordinating logistics, material deliveries, tear-off sequencing, and crew scheduling to maximize efficiency while minimizing disruption.

Through strategic planning and disciplined execution, our team completed the entire roof replacement in just three days, allowing the church to resume normal operations in time for its Christmas Eve services. Throughout the project, maintaining a safe, clean, and organized campus remained a top priority. Daily cleanup, controlled material staging, and continuous communication with church leadership ensured the property remained accessible and welcoming for staff, volunteers, and congregants.
