Clients, tenants and employees form an opinion of a business from the outside of it, and a tired exterior sends the wrong message before anyone walks in. We repaint apartment buildings and condos, HOA communities, retail and strip malls, hotels and restaurants, medical centers and clinics, schools and houses of worship — inside and out.
The prep is what you are paying for. Pressure washing, drywall and stucco repair, fascia replacement, graffiti removal and HOA violation corrections are done before a brush touches the wall. Metal buildings get their own sequence — degreasing, rust remediation and a direct-to-metal primer — so the finish is not bleeding rust within a season.

Concrete floor coating
Floors built for the way you actually work.
Warehouses, showrooms, service bays, shops and industrial floors take pallet jacks, forklifts, dropped tools and chemical spills — and an epoxy floor lifts, yellows and peels under that. We install polyurea systems: 4× stronger than epoxy, flexible through temperature swings, resistant to oil, chemicals and UV, with slip resistance built in where the work demands it.
The slab is ground, vacuumed and crack-repaired before the base coat goes down, color flake is broadcast by hand, and a polyaspartic clear coat seals it. Foot traffic returns in 12 hours; vehicles and equipment roll back on after 24 — so a bay can be coated over a weekend and open on Monday.
We are a Penntek Certified Installer, and the same industrial flake systems are on the football locker room floors at Fairview High School and at Ravenwood High School in Brentwood, the Raptors logo inlaid in the floor — cleats, carts and daily mopping, coated wall to wall.

Can painting happen without closing the business?
Yes. Commercial painting is routinely staged after hours, on weekends, or floor by floor so tenants, patients, students, and customers are not disrupted. We confirm the sequence with you before mobilizing.
How much does commercial painting cost?
Commercial work is priced by surface area, substrate, access, and how much prep and repair the walls need before coating. Height drives it too — anything needing lifts or swing staging costs more than what a ladder reaches. Every proposal separates prep, primer, and finish coats so alternates can be compared line by line.
How long does commercial exterior paint last?
Seven to ten years on a properly prepped and primed exterior, and longer on masonry with an elastomeric coating. Substrate preparation is what decides it — a coating applied over chalked, damp, or unrepaired surfaces will fail early no matter what it cost.
Is polyurea better than epoxy for a garage floor?
For a garage, yes. Polyurea and polyaspartic coatings stay flexible, resist hot-tire pickup, and do not yellow in sunlight, all of which epoxy struggles with. Polyurea also cures in hours rather than days. Epoxy remains cheaper up front, which is why it is what most big-box kits contain.
How long does a garage floor coating last?
A properly prepared polyurea-polyaspartic floor lasts 15–20 years or more. Almost every early failure traces to preparation rather than product — a coating over a slab that was not ground and moisture-tested will peel regardless of what it cost.
How long before I can park on a new coated floor?
Foot traffic the same day, vehicles in about 24 hours. That is the practical advantage of polyurea over epoxy, which typically needs several days before a car can go back in.
