What we repair
Chimneys, sidewalls, pipe boots and valleys are where most leaks start. We find the actual entry point rather than patching where the stain shows up inside.
Bruised shingles, lifted seals and missing tabs. Photo-documented on every elevation so the report supports your claim if you choose to file one.
Re-flashed or replaced, with new curbs where the old ones have failed. A skylight is the most common leak on an otherwise sound roof.
Overflowing gutters rot fascia and flood crawl spaces. Repair, reseal or replace, and correct the pitch that caused it.
A roof that is failing early is usually a ventilation problem. We correct the cause, not just the shingles it ruined.
Seam, penetration and flashing repairs on TPO and EPDM, plus the moisture survey that tells you whether repair is still the right call.
Emergency roof repairs
Emergencies go to the front of the schedule — usually the same day. We carry tarp material on every truck, so the house is made watertight on the first visit and the permanent repair is planned from there, not under pressure.

Usually it can be repaired. Most leaks trace to a flashing, a boot, a valley or a few damaged shingles, not to the whole roof. We inspect first and tell you honestly which it is — replacing a roof that had ten years left in it is not a sale we want.
It depends on what is actually wrong and how hard it is to reach. A pipe boot or a run of flashing is a modest job; a valley rebuild or a section of decking is more. The inspection is free and the estimate is itemized, so you see exactly what the number is made of before anyone starts.
Active leaks and fresh storm damage are triaged first — usually the same day. We carry tarp material so the house is made watertight on the first visit, and the permanent repair is scheduled from there.
If the damage is sudden — hail, wind, a fallen limb — often yes. Wear and age are not covered. We document everything with photographs before you decide whether to file, which is the single thing that most improves a claim.
Yes. Most of the repairs we do are on roofs someone else put on. We will tell you plainly whether the original work is the problem or whether it has simply reached its age.
