R-panel metal roof replacement

After a severe windstorm removed a significant portion of the Econo Lodge roof, Three Stone Roofing responded the following day to secure and temporarily dry-in the entire property. Our immediate focus was protecting the building, limiting additional water intrusion, and creating a clear recovery plan for an occupied hotel.

Because the property remained open to guests throughout the project, preparation and communication were critical. Before full replacement began, our team coordinated with hotel management to establish work areas, delivery locations, guest-access routes, safety measures, and a schedule designed to minimize noise and operational disruption. We maintained consistent communication with the hotel team so they could plan around active work zones and continue serving guests with as little interruption as possible.

Three Stone also helped manage water-damage mitigation and the broader reconstruction process while working with the insurance carrier to secure coverage for a full roof replacement. The project was completed with a new R-panel metal roof, providing long-term protection, improved durability, and a significant curb-appeal upgrade. Through quick response, careful planning, and coordinated execution, we helped Econo Lodge recover efficiently and return to normal operations with confidence.
