Carlisle SynTec mechanically fastened 60-mil TPO
Three Stone Roofing partnered with the property management team at Ross to develop an affordable capital reroof solution that protected the building while allowing the tenant to remain fully operational. Our team installed a white, 60-mil TPO roofing system mechanically fastened to the metal deck, providing durable, long-term protection for the property.
The completed system includes a 20-year warranty and a 72-mph wind warranty, giving ownership added confidence in the value and performance of the investment. Before work began, Three Stone coordinated staging, material deliveries, safety procedures, and daily site activity to keep the project organized and minimize impact on the active retail environment.
Through proactive communication and close coordination with the site, we resolved the property’s roofing concerns with no disruption to store operations—delivering a reliable roof system and a smooth experience for both ownership and the Ross team.
