The PetSmart reroof required more than simply installing a new roofing system—it required a team that understood the importance of maintaining a safe, accessible environment for employees, customers, and pets throughout construction. Our team installed a white, 60-mil mechanically fastened TPO system over the metal deck, providing durable, cost-effective protection for the property. The completed capital reroof includes a 20-year warranty and the requested 72-mph wind warranty, giving ownership long-term confidence in the investment.
