Three Stone Roofing partnered with the property management team and the DICK’S Sporting Goods tenant to evaluate the roof condition and address the areas of greatest concern before they developed into more extensive issues. Rather than recommending a full replacement that was not yet necessary, our team developed a targeted partial reroof solution designed to protect the asset, control costs, and extend the roof’s useful life.

The work was completed with reinforced EPDM, providing a durable, long-term roofing solution in the areas where protection was needed most. Because DICK’S remained an active retail environment throughout the project, our team carefully coordinated work areas, material deliveries, safety measures, and daily communication with property management and the tenant.

By combining a practical capital-planning approach with disciplined project coordination, Three Stone completed the repairs with minimal disruption to store operations—delivering the right solution for the property without unnecessary expense.
