Carlisle SynTec mechanically fastened 60-mil TPO
Three Stone Roofing partnered with the property management team and American Eagle tenant to complete a long-term capital improvement while keeping the store open and operating normally. The project included installation of a white, 60-mil TPO roofing system mechanically fastened to the metal deck, delivering durable protection and energy-conscious performance for the property.
The new roof was backed by a 20-year warranty and a 72-mph wind warranty, providing ownership with added confidence in the system’s long-term performance. Before work began, our team coordinated with property management and the tenant on scheduling, material deliveries, safety procedures, and daily site activity to minimize impact on the active retail environment.
