Carlisle SynTec fully adhered EPDM

Three Stone Roofing completed a 30,000-square-foot commercial roof replacement for an occupied office building, providing the owner with a durable, long-term roofing solution engineered for superior weather resistance and performance. The project included the complete tear-off of the existing roofing system followed by the installation of a new Carlisle SynTec® 60-mil fully adhered EPDM roofing system, backed by a 20-Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Manufacturer Warranty. The scope of work included substrate preparation, installation of the fully adhered EPDM membrane, new flashing assemblies, roof penetrations, perimeter edge details, and all associated waterproofing components to create a seamless, fully integrated roofing system that meets Carlisle’s rigorous installation standards.

Because the building remained fully occupied throughout construction, careful planning and coordination were essential. Three Stone worked closely with building management to strategically phase the project, ensuring tenant access, minimizing noise and disruptions, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment throughout construction.

Through proactive communication, detailed pre-construction planning, and disciplined project execution, Three Stone completed the project efficiently while maintaining uninterrupted building operations.
