Carlisle SynTec TPO metal retrofit
Three Stone Roofing completed a comprehensive metal roof retrofit for Core O Med, transforming the existing aging metal roofing system into a high-performance, energy-efficient commercial roofing assembly without requiring a complete roof removal. This retrofit approach provided a cost-effective solution while extending the life of the building and minimizing disruption to daily operations.
The project included installing EPS flute-fill insulation between the existing metal roof panels to create a uniform substrate, followed by the installation of a ½-inch high-density cover board to provide a smooth, durable surface for the new roofing system. Three Stone then installed a premium 80-mil Carlisle SynTec® fully adhered TPO roofing system, creating a seamless, watertight membrane designed for exceptional long-term performance.
The completed system is backed by a 25-Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Manufacturer Warranty, providing the owner with industry-leading protection and peace of mind. As the facility remained occupied throughout construction, our team carefully coordinated all phases of the project to minimize disruption to employees and business operations.
