A two-car garage finished in a light gray Penntek flake system. The slab was diamond-ground and crack-repaired before the polyurea base went down, then flake was broadcast to full coverage and locked under a clear polyaspartic top coat — a floor that shrugs off hot tires, road salt and oil.
